Our dedicated team of highly qualified and experienced therapists welcome you into our peaceful and calming salon environment.  We aim to deliver exceptional customer care, using advanced professional products, whilst striving to exceed your expectations with every visit.

  

Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time in order to complete any consultation forms that may be required, and choose polish colours for your treatment if necessary.

 

If you are unfortunately late in arriving at the salon, please understand that due to high demand for appointments, we may not be able to complete your treatment fully, but you will still be charged the full price for the treatment booked.  

 

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel your appointment; otherwise a charge of 50% of the full treatment cost will be implemented.  Missed appointments will be charged at full price.

 

As we wish to create a relaxing environment within our salon, we respectfully request that young children are not brought into the salon during busy peak times.  Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times during their visit.

 

In accordance with industry standards and to comply with Health & Safety regulations, we will not carry out any Express Eyelash, Eyelash & Brow Tinting, Waxing, Nail Enhancements or Shellac treatments on anyone under the age of 16 years.  A parent or legal guardian must be present throughout the whole duration of the following treatments: Facials, Massage, Manicure, Pedicure, Make-up application.

 

Mobile Telephones must be turned off/switched to silent during your treatment in order to keep noise disruption to a minimum for the benefit of all salon clients.

 

We offer a loyalty scheme to say thank you to our wonderful clients – each time you visit you will receive a stamp and every 10 stamps you will receive 25% off a treatment of your choice!  Also, if you recommend a friend to the salon you will both receive10% off your next treatment – please ask in the salon for more details.  In addition, let us know when your birthday is and we will send you a little surprise on your special day!

 

Payments for treatments may be made with cash all major credit and debit cards, excluding American Express.  Beau Nails and Beauty reserves the right to change treatments and prices at any time without notice.

 

Deposits for large bookings will be required – please contact us to arrange your booking, the above cancellation policy still applies. Courses of treatments are available to purchase from the salon - a 15% discount applies to Facial courses, a 10% discount applies to courses for all other treatments. All courses must be paid for at the time of booking, and all treatments taken within 6 months.

 

Gift Vouchers are the perfect present, and are available to buy from the salon reception.  Vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are valid for 6 months ONLY from the date of purchase.
